Destination in Newcastle
The rule when you get of the train to Newcastle on a stag or a hen night is start the way you mean to go on, and what better than to enjoy a cold pint of lager or a great cocktail in one of Newcastle's little gems. Especially as it is just around the corner from central station.
The decor is class with a very leafy feel and it helps when the bar staff are as good as in here. Remember this is going to be a great weekend so start it in style. This is not just a bar for when you walk off the train but it is in a great situation to start and then move on to places such as The Apartment, Tokyo or Revolution

- Head Of Steam
- The Lounge
- The Long Bar
- The Union Rooms
- Tokyo
- Revolutions
- Apartment
- Clear Bar

- Gotham Town
Once leaving the Apartment you are heading on to the the Bigg market, which is a whole new kettle of fish.
To the left and into town we have the Lounge leading on to the Sam Jacks and on to The Gate.
Newcastle bar and night club guide.
We have put they into a few different sections:
- Cheezy
- Locals Favorite aka "our faves"
- A little bit special
- The best cocktails
- The late bars
- Night clubs
Not all bars will be in this list only the ones that I as a local will recommend. Keep following the page for more choices to help you pick your bar destination. On this page we will give you our honest opinion of some of the night spots in town, all with a special stag night juiciness rating.
Newcastle has a massive number of bars, late bars and night clubs depending on your taste and mood. They range from the the cheeziest in the country to others winning bar of the year award.
So you can see why we have produced this short nightclub guide. Newcastle its self is very small in size so all bars are in walking distance from and each other, but it all depends on what you want.
