Pravda Bar on the Quayside in Newcastle
As you can see it is no wonder we have a reputation as being big drinkers. Each one of these bars is well liked and a lot of that geordie charm that you will see over your weekend.
Now, Pravda is one of my favourite Newcastle bars. Cheap and Cheerful, the staff are great and also it is stag and hen friendly. I would suggest that if you are starting on the quayside this is a great please as it is just along the road. The bar is set over three floors with seating everywhere. The first and second are split on a mezzanine style with a bar on each level and then a top floor that over looks the two levels. The drinks range is vast but make sure you read what things are as sometimes you get a shock. The bar is situated outside the Copthorne Hotel so if you are stay there for your weekend it is just a walk across the road. This is a party goes paradise and you find yourself staying in here a lot longer then you want to but never mind. My recommendations are to head on to the Quayside and take your pick or head across to buffalo Joe's to carry on the crazy night with the cow girls.
