Whole building has been converted into a bar just down from Central station.
Smart and chic - almost like Paris.
Still Newcastle's coolest bar and a great place for dinner and cocktails if you are planning a stylish and and relaxed weekend away from the likes of the Bigg Market.
This bar has won several awards including bar of the year in 2004 so if you can actually get in you are in great company and enjoy it.

Once leaving the Apartment you are heading on to the the Bigg market, which is a whole new kettle of fish.
To the left and into town we have the Lounge leading on to the Sam Jacks and on to The Gate.

Newcastle has a massive number of bars, late bars and night clubs depending on your taste and mood. They range from the the cheeziest in the country to others winning bar of the year award.
So you can see why we have produced this short nightclub guide. Newcastle its self is very small in size so all bars are in walking distance from and each other, but it all depends on what you want.
