This place is huge and great fun.
One of the best developments of 2003 combining a great living area above a fantastic bar. This bar has won numerous awards in the past and probably will continue in the future.
This Bar since it entered on the scene has become a very large part of the Newcastle night, not only it is the largest bar in the city centre but it also has become very popular because of its spacious layout and alternative seating for different moods. The bar is designed in the Royal Arcade so you have unusually high ceilings and relaxed layout of seating means the night flows extremely well and no matter how busy the bar getting you never feel to crowded. It attracts a mixed crowd of business people, young crowd and people on a night out. It should become a popular stopping off point for people making their way to and from the Quayside. This Bar also has outside seating when the better is better and even though it is in the middle of a busy roundabout you find yourself not noticing the numerous cars that pass you by
It has a trendy lounge feel which develops into a more traditional bar feeling, but the whole place holds 1000 people and is open to 1am.
